All products are produced individually (print-on-demand) after the order is received.
We ship our products directly through our production and shipping partner within the EU. Production facilities are located in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Poland. Production only takes place after an order is received.

PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING TIMES

• Production time: approx. 2-5 business days, depending on order volume and capacity
• Production does not take place on weekends
• Production does not take place on public holidays at the respective production site

Production time begins after receipt of payment.

SHIPPING & SHIPPING COMPANIES

• Shipping takes place after production is completed
• Shipping service provider: depending on destination country: Standard Post, DHL, Royal Mail possible
• Shipping option: Standard
• Tracking: if available for the respective shipment

Due to the current tax situation and the not yet fully implemented small business regulations in the country, direct shipping to Spain is currently not possible.

Delivery to a forwarding address is generally possible. However, forwarding is outside of KSCU.shop and is the responsibility of the customer.
