We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, should this not be the case, the following return and cancellation conditions apply.

Please order consciously:

All products are produced specifically for you only after an order is received (print-on-demand). Returns cause additional effort and resource consumption. Thank you for your understanding.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

The withdrawal must be made in advance via the statutory withdrawal button on our website or in writing by e-mail to: office(at)kscu.shop.

Please provide the following information:

• Order number
• Name
• E-mail address
• Reason for return (optional)

RETURN

After successful notification of withdrawal and review of your request, you will receive the correct return address and further information on the return process.

Important notes on returns:

Please do not return goods on your own or without prior consultation.
Returns without prior notification of withdrawal cannot be accepted.
The goods must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition.
The return is made at your own expense.
The return should be trackable (e.g., by means of tracking or proof of postage). Returns without proof of shipment cannot be refunded in case of loss.

REFUND

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days using the original payment method.
